Our reservation team then contacts the accommodation provider to confirm the booking. Our reservation team will confirm your payment within 24 hours.

Yes, we use the secured payment service of PayPal. To eliminate the possibility of unlawful interception on the Internet Your credit card details are processed using a secure 256-bit encryption method.
Upon making a formal booking including cleared payment, we will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours. When you receive this email confirmation you can be sure your reservation is guranteed.
Yes, we recieve your booking details electronically to our system as soon as the credit card transaction is approved by our bank .
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may want to cancel your reservation.
Each individual accommodation has their own unique Cancellation Policy. The accommodation cancellation policy is stated in the individual property reservation page. Please carefully check the appropriate cancellation policy as stated in the individual accommodation listing description before making your booking.
If an unforseable event happens and you need to cancel your reservation, here’s what to do :
- Check the cancellation policy for the accommodation that has been published on the website to see if they will allow you to cancel your reservation . You will also find it printed on your booking confirmation email .
- Contact our Customer Service Centre [email protected] have canceled the reservation and please have your Booking Confirmation Number ready.
- We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation.
Remember that you can contact us Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. An after hours contact is avaliable on your booking voucher.
The same policy for cancellation is used to determine restrictions and penalties about to change your booking date. So once again, it is important to check the policy before you book, especially if you think there is a chance you may need to change your reservation. You will find policies on the same page as the accommodation description. Remember that where you have booked can change their rates at any time on our website, so that new dates you want to stay now may be more ( or less ) expensive than your date originally booked.

Damage to accommodation
The tenant is responsible for damage to the rented accommodation, including damage to or loss of (part of the) inventory, caused within the rental period, unless the tenant is able to proof that the damage is not caused by him/her, his/her family members or their guests.
Baliexclusives.com advises the tenant to get a travel and cancellation insurance, with world coverage.

If you find a lower rate within 24 hours of making your reservation, simply fill out our contact form, and our representative will review your claim and make the appropriate adjustments to your rate if the Terms and Conditions are met.
When comparing rates between Baliexclusives and other sites, if you find a lower rate than what is offered on our website, simply submit your claim. A Baliexclusives.com representative will review your claim and respond with the status of your claim within 24 hours. The rate must be for the same villa, room type and bed type, as well as the same dates and number of guests. The lower rate must meet the Terms and Conditions to qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee.
When you submit an online claim form, you will be asked to provide the URL where the lower rate was found, and a screenshot showing the lower rate on the competing website. A Baliexclusives representative will attempt to validate availability of the lower rate, and verify that it complies with the Terms and Conditions of the guarantee. If the rate is no longer available, the guarantee will not apply.
